Arun is a managing director of Carbon Arrow. Arun is also VP Operations and CFO of Cerebri AI, a provider of machine learning-driven enterprise software. Previously, Arun was a Partner with Virgo Capital, a private equity firm focused on software and IT services investments. At Virgo Capital, Arun led numerous strategic, financial, and operational initiatives for the firm and its portfolio companies, including serving as CFO and COO of multiple investments, transforming all aspects of operations, and leading the acquisition and sale of multiple companies.
Arun is also an Advisor with 9Gauge Partners, a financial consulting, transactional advisory, and systems
integration firm, a Venture Partner with NextGen Venture Partners, a seed stage network-driven venture
capital firm, and a Mentor at Capital Factory, a startup accelerator.
Previously, Arun managed software development and technology planning programs for commercial and defense space systems at The Boeing Company. He also co-founded Terrafugia, an aviation industry
startup acquired by the parent company of Volvo and Lotus, and worked at The Boston Consulting Group.
Arun received his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University, and BS in Aerospace Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.

AJAY RAYASAM

Ajay is a managing director of Carbon Arrow. Ajay is also cloud envangelist at Oracle, responsible for delivering strategy and resources to drive the company's IaaS offering. Ajay has been in enterprise sales for over 15 years, and prior to Oracle was Senior Director of Sales for CenturyLink Technology Solutions where he was the quota leader for all cloud and strategic products and managed over 100 sales reps.
Ajay is also a Venture Partner with NextGen Venture Partners, a seed stage network-driven venture capital firm.
Previously, Ajay was Director of Sales at Rackspace Hosting where he architected the US sales organization, built out the SMB go-to-market plan, and designed Rackspace's e-commerce strategy. He was also an account manager for Dell early in his career.
Ajay received his BS in Mathematics from the University of Texas.

R.C. MOSIER
Managing Director
General Counsel Lead
R.C. is a managing director of Carbon Arrow. R.C. has over 15 years of experience supporting startup and growth stage companies with negotiating contracts, managing risk, and utilizing outside counsel. Most recently, R.C. was Of Counsel at RWR Legal, a law firm for growth companies in Austin.
R.C. is also an adjunct professor at St. Mary's University School of Law, serves on several for profit and non profit boards, and is Chairman of the Economic Prosperity Commission with the City of Austin.
Previously, R.C. co-founded his own law firm, which was acquired by RWR Legal, and led marketing and business development for a division of Thomson Reuters.
R.C. received his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law and BA in Communication from Stanford University.
